Zip-lock bag (No Mess) Painting

Who doesn't love a fun activity with no mess?! This activity was a huge hit with Miss 2... 30 minutes of fascination and experimentation (Miss 1 lasted about 5 minutes).
What you need:
1x giant ziplock bag
Paint (I used five different colours)
Masking tape

1. Squirt paint into zip-lock bag. Then close up the bag and using masking/packing tape to firmly secure it to a wall or window.
2. Let the kids go!
The girls squished the paint... "Mummy, paint squishy!"
The girls rubbed and pushed the paint...
Then Miss 2 got creative by practising her letters in the paint, telling me what letters she was doing as she went...
She then found a paddle-pop next to her (unplanned) and used it to push around the paint and make patterns... what a brilliant idea Miss 2!
She then used her knuckles to create a different type of pattern. What a fantastic 30 minutes Miss 2 had! I can't wait to try this one again soon.

  3. We did this yesterday. We added some shaving foam as well (thanks to your more recent post on that) and made beautiful rainbow colours! Fun (and mess free!) - great for while I am cooking dinner.
