- 125g butter, softened
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/4 cup custard powder
We then added the egg. Miss 2 cracked her first egg! (hehe Mummy had to take the shell bits out)
Add flours and custard powder... Miss 2 tipped it all into the bowl for me.
Then stir with wooden spoon which Miss 2 did for me. Then gladwrap and refridgerate for 15min and then bring out and make into biscuits (we used egg, bunny, chicken, lamb shaped cookie cutters)...
Bake at 180c for 12mins...
And ice away if you want to... we didn't because Miss 2 eats the whole biscuit if we don't ice them (compared to just the icing if we ice them!).
